Discover reflexology with Dragonfly On Foot

Mobile reflexology in Plumstead and South East London areas (Woolwich, Thamesmead, Bexleyheath, Greenwich, Canary Warf, Lewisham and other areas).

Dragonfly On Foot Reflexology offers compassionate and personalised reflexology treatments to support holistic wellbeing, relaxation and balance.

My aim is to provide a nurturing space where you can deeply relax, release everyday stress and tension, and support your body's natural journey towards balance and wellbeing.

Treatments are available in two settings: mobile reflexology in the comfort of your own home, or appointments in the peaceful Cocoon Room at The Wellbeing Within The Space in Bexleyheath.

Whether you choose the familiarity of home or a dedicated wellbeing space, I aim to make your reflexology experience feel comfortable, unhurried and centred around you.

What to Expect in a Reflexology Session

Your first appointment begins with a

10–15 minute consultation to discuss your health, lifestyle, and any areas of concern, ensuring that every treatment can be personalised just for you. No two reflexology sessions are ever the same.

You’ll remain fully clothed, except for your shoes and socks.

Using precise thumb and finger techniques, I will work across the reflex points of your feet in a sequence tailored to your individual needs.

Most people describe the treatment as deeply soothing, with some drifting into a light sleep.
You may feel gentle pressure, slight tingling, or warmth as the reflex points are stimulated.

Many people feel shy about showing their feet, but please don't worry - imperfections like calluses, scars, dryness and other marks are completely normal. In fact, they can sometimes give me clues about possible imbalances in the body. For example, very dry feet may suggest you're not drinking enough water.

The only reason I would be unable to carry out a foot treatment is if there is a highly infectious skin condition affecting the feet. Small, healed wounds, cuts, burns, infections, or rashes I can be covered with a plaster and work around, or I will offer reflexology on your hands instead.

Potential Benefits of Reflexology

Many people seek reflexology to support:

  • Stress relief and deep relaxation

  • Improved sleep quality

  • Better circulation

  • Reduced muscle tension and fatigue

  • Support for digestive health

  • Headache or migraine management

  • Hormonal balance, including support during menopause or pregnancy

Please note: Reflexology does not diagnose, cure, or replace medical care. It supports the body’s natural healing processes and is complementary to conventional medicine.

Is Reflexology Right for You?

Reflexology is generally safe for people of all ages and can be especially helpful for those managing stress, fatigue, or seeking relaxation. If you have any serious medical conditions, circulatory issues, or are pregnant, please let me know in advance so I can tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
