I am delighted to now offer selected reflexology appointments from the Cocoon Room at The Wellbeing Within The Space in Bexleyheath, alongside my mobile reflexology service.
The Wellbeing Within The Space is a warm and welcoming wellbeing centre designed for slowing down and stepping away from the busyness of everyday life.
From the moment you enter, the natural textures, warm earthy colours, plants and peaceful surroundings create the feeling of a little wellbeing oasis.
Your reflexology treatment will take place privately in the Cocoon Room – a cosy treatment room with a comfortable treatment couch where you can settle in, switch off and enjoy some time devoted entirely to yourself.
When you arrive...
For your first appointment, I recommend arriving approximately 15 - 20 minutes early.
You can settle into the reception area, where complimentary refreshments such as tea are available, and complete your consultation form before your treatment.
If you prefer, your consultation form can be completed online beforehand. Or we can also arrange a short telephone consultation prior to your appointment where appropriate.
As The Wellbeing Within The Space is shared with other therapists and wellbeing activities, including yoga, I kindly ask clients to keep voices and phone noise low while inside so that everyone can enjoy the calm atmosphere of the space.

Your treatment...
Once we are ready, we will move into the Cocoon Room. Before beginning, we will briefly go through your consultation form and discuss how you are feeling and anything you would particularly like me to be aware of.
Then it is time to get comfortable and relax.
