Mobile Reflexology – in the comfort of your own home
Let relaxation come to you...
Mobile reflexology allows you to enjoy your treatment without needing to travel before or afterwards. I bring the treatment to you, creating a comfortable space for your reflexology session within your own home.
This can be especially lovely when you want to slow down, feel tired or stressed, have a busy lifestyle, or simply prefer the privacy and familiarity of your own surroundings.
One of the biggest benefits of a home treatment is that when your session finishes, there is nowhere you need to rush to. You can stay in that relaxed state, have a glass of water or cup of tea, put your feet up and allow yourself a little more time to rest.
What to expect...
I will bring the equipment and products needed for your treatment. Depending on your home and the treatment booked, we can use my reclining treatment chair or find another comfortable arrangement suitable for reflexology.
Please allow a little space for me to set up and pack away before and after your treatment.
For your comfort, I may ask you to have 2–3 pillows and a blanket available. Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended, particularly clothing that allows easy access to the feet and lower legs.
For facial reflexology, arriving with a clean face and little or no make-up is preferable.
Before your first treatment...
Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form covering your general health, wellbeing and any areas you would particularly like to discuss.
The form can be completed via phone call beforehand, or we can arrange a short consultation before your appointment.
I recommend allowing yourself some quiet time after your treatment whenever possible and drinking plenty of water.
